If a thunderstorm/storm is located at the water park, we pause the activity and remove all participants from the water. We resume once the storm has passed. Your session will then be over. Our team will offer you a voucher to come and do the remaining time of your session in another slot on the same day or another day of your choice.

It is not recommended to take a camera/phone during the activity but it is not prohibited. If you wish to take him/her with you, it is strongly recommended that you secure the devices with a chest harness.
