Reservation is required?We strongly recommend that you book your session via our website before your arrival to guarantee your place at the desired time and to avoid queues. Reservation is therefore not obligatory but strongly recommended.

Is wearing a life jacket compulsory?Yes, for safety reasons, wearing a buoyancy aid is mandatory to take part in the activity, both children and adults. These are provided by us and included in the entry price.

What are the opening hours?The park is open daily from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The last session of the day at 6:30 p.m.

Is it necessary to come in advance for my reserved slot?Yes, it is recommended to arrive at reception 15 to 20 minutes before the scheduled start of your session. This will allow you to drop off your belongings, equip yourself and listen to the game and safety instructions without taking up the time of your activity session.

Can I participate if I am under the influence of alcohol, drugs or heavy medication?No, water, drugs and alcohol do not mix. Strong medications, drugs and alcohol impair your judgment, coordination, reaction time and perception of risk to yourself and others. You will not be admitted to the park for security reasons if we suspect you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol. There will be no refund.

From what age can you do the activity?The activity is authorized from 6 years old.

Can I wear diving/swimming goggles in the water park?We strongly advise you not to wear your diving/swimming goggles in the park. You risk injury in the event of an impact and this brings no benefit to the activity.

How long does the activity last?The activity can last, depending on your initial choice: 30 minutes, 1 hour, 1.5 hours or 2 hours. Remember that it is a physical activity. The good compromise is the one-hour session during your first visit.

Can I wear glasses in the park?We strongly advise you not to wear your glasses in the park. If you absolutely must wear your glasses, you do so at your own risk, because there is a high risk of losing them, damaging them or even getting hurt, which is obviously not what we want.

Can I participate if I am pregnant?For your safety and that of your unborn child, we strongly advise you not to participate in the activity. Also, we strongly advise you not to participate if you suspect or are early in your pregnancy.

Can I participate if I have an existing/ongoing injury?In this case, we advise you to avoid taking part in the activity. The inflatable structure is very slippery. The head of the aquatic station can make the decision to prohibit you from accessing the park. If you have chosen to participate, take extra care when in the park. If in doubt, seek advice from your doctor. We cannot be held responsible in the event of aggravation of an existing injury.

Are there changing rooms?No, no cloakroom or place provided for this purpose on site.

Can I come with friends or family who are not participating in the activity? Is it profitable for them?Of course, it is entirely possible for you to come accompanied by people who are not participating in the activity. They can sit on the dike at the edge of the water park. Only people who participate in the activity will have to pay. Only people participating in the activity will be able to enter our water fun area and therefore no accompanying person will be accepted in this area.

Can I end my session early?Yes, if you want to rest or get tired of it, you can leave the session at any time. You are allowed to return to the park if your session is still in progress. You will not be able to carry over the remaining time to another session.

Should you wear a diving suit?No, it is not obligatory or recommended to wear a diving suit. Wearing a wetsuit is a personal choice.

Is the park monitored?Our staff, qualified in water surveillance, are permanently on site. They are present to monitor the swimming area and can be identified by their outfits.

If it rains, is my session canceled?No, being a water activity, if it rains, you might just have more fun! Please note, however: we do not have a sheltered space for the public.

Can we rent diving suits?No, we do not rent diving suits. However, you can bring your own.

Do you need to know how to swim?Absolutely, the ability to swim is necessary to participate in the activity, and it is essential not to be apprehensive about the aquatic environment: there will be no place where you can touch the bottom of the aquapark.

What happens if there is a storm/thunderstorm?If a thunderstorm/storm is located at the water park, we pause the activity and remove all participants from the water. We resume once the storm has passed. Your session will then be over. Our team will offer you a voucher to come and do the remaining time of your session in another slot on the same day or another day of your choice.

Can I carry a camera/camera/phone into the park?It is not recommended to take a camera/phone during the activity but it is not prohibited. If you wish to take him/her with you, it is strongly recommended that you secure the devices with a chest harness. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged devices, carrying such devices is at your own risk.

What outfit is recommended?You must wear suitable swimwear (non-abrasive for inflatable structures). The staff may refuse access to the park if we consider that the person is not free to move around. Full outfits are accepted if they are close to the body and suitable for swimming.

Can we leave our belongings during the activity?We offer you 2 solutions: A free but unsupervised space is at your disposal in the catering area. A deposit at the rate of 0.5 to 2€ is also at your disposal.

What happens if I'm late?It is your responsibility to arrive on time. We cannot be held responsible for your late arrival. We will do our best to accommodate you in a session as soon as availability allows, but this cannot be guaranteed. We strongly advise you to allow plenty of time, taking into account traffic, local events and holidays, and to arrive at the park at least 15 minutes before your reservation time.

Are there any safety instructions?Of course, they are displayed prominently at the entrance to the park. In addition, a systematic safety briefing is given orally before each departure.

What payment methods do you accept?Online payment via internet reservation, cash, credit card, ANCV holiday vouchers (paper). We do not accept checks.
